Micheal Velayudham (Pawan Kalyan) is a chef in Cape Town, South Africa. He is an easy going chap who flirts with girls and makes the most of his affairs. His ambition is to go to US and work in New York for a stockbroker. He dates one of his acquaintance Meera Shastri (Trisha Krishnan) an art restoration professional in Cape Town. After a year, they agree to break up as she has to move to India for work and he thinks long-distance relationships don't work. In Cape Town, Micheal meets Senapathi (Paresh Rawal) the owner of a restaurant who narrates the love story of his friend Arjun Palwai (Pawan) with Vasumati (Kriti Kharbanda) which had happened 30 years ago. Meanwhile, after Meera moves to India, Micheal fails to connect with any other girl. To prove to her that he has moved on, he meets a blonde girl Michelle (Danah Marks) in a bar and dates her. However, Meera is proposed to by her family friend Sudheer (Sonu Sood), a politician, and she agrees to marry him, only to prove that she has moved on too. He comes to India with some pretext and meets Meera. Micheal who is frustrated that Meera married Sudheer, gets desperate and tries to regret what had happened so far in his sorrow he gets an offer for his dream job in US. After initially having joyful moments in his new job, he eventually feels some loneliness which he doesn't understand. The rest of the story focuses on how Michael realises his mistakes and how Arjun Palwai's story makes an impact on his decision.

Sanjay Sahu (Pawan Kalyan) is a post-graduate from Osmania University and is working as a gym instructor. He is in love with Indu (Kamalini Mukherjee) who wishes to marry him. So she makes him meet her father (Prakash Raj), who is a police officer and also happens to be his old acquaintance. Her father declines to approve their love and she is forced to marry according to her father's choice. Meanwhile, Bhagmathi a.k.a Bhagi (Ileana D'Cruz) and her friend Jyothsna a.k.a Jo (Parvathi Melton) are chased by hoodlums before being rescued by Sanjay. He accidentally kills one of them. Meanwhile, Jo and Bhagi are ragged in the college before being again rescued by Sanjay. Both begin to like Sanjay and even decide, to propose their love to him without the knowledge of the other. However, it is Jo who proposes first to Sanjay, who rejects her. Careful after seeing her friend's love rejected, Bhagi, with the help of Sreenu (Sunil), begins wooing Sanjay.Meanwhile, Damodar Reddy (Mukesh Rishi), a powerful land-grabber who takes care of all the settlements while still in jail, is out on parole. He is in search of Sanjay for spoiling his land deals in the past and thrashing his son, who was one of the goons who chased Bhagi. He makes an attempt on life of Sanjay, but in vain. But, his friend Abhi (Ali) is taken as a hostage during the attack. Sanjay rescues Abhi, but is enraged when his friends stop him from assaulting the kidnapper by questioning his authority to take law into his hands. Sanjay then reveals his flashback, in which he hailed from a poor rural family. His brother dies of heart disease as a child. His father commits suicide as crops fail and his mother too passes away. While going to burial ground, he repeatedly slips and swoons at a stone pillar. He plucks it out, which enrages the henchmen of Damodar Reddy . When they attack him, Sahu beats them up, and disappears into a forest and joins the naxalites. During a combing operation, he joins hands with the father of Indu and Bhagi - a police officer - and his team to eliminate the team in an encounter. Sanjay is then rehabilitated as a college student in Hyderabad.Bhagi confesses to her father about her intention to marry Sanjay, but her father rejects it by revealing to her about Sanjay being an ex-lover of her sister Indu, and an ex-naxal. Shocked, Bhagi agrees to get married as per her father's choice. Her father arranges engagement of Bhagi with Raghu Ram (Sivaji). Sanjay is disgusted that Bhagi has given her assent to the engagement and decides to break it. Meanwhile, Sanjay comes to know about the man who attempted on his life is none other than Damodar Reddy and Ragghu Ram is the elder son of Damodar Reddy. So Sanjay confronts him in jail and challenges him. Damodar Reddy gets out of jail, and forcibly arranges the marriage of Raghuram with Bhagi. Sanjay, meanwhile kidnaps the younger son of Damodar Reddy, and takes him head-on, defeats him and the film ends with Bhagi getting married to Sanjay.

Jaidev (Pawan Kalyan) is an accomplished hitman and he is the most trusted aid of Bhagawan (Jackie Shroff), who is the supreme Don of Kolkata.Jaidev Remains Loyal To him as he helped in seeking revenge with the people who raped his mother and sister when he came to Kolkata in his childhood after his Father Death .They share a business rivalry with Kulkarni (Atul Kulkarni),who aims to overthrow Bhagawan as the Don. Things are smooth until Bhagwan’s son Munna (Adivi Sesh) returns back to India. He is a psychotic and highly impulsive character and his behaviour creates problems for everyone. He has his eyes on club dancer Jahnavi (Anjali Lavania) but she rejects him as she adores Jaidev. Jaidev meanwhile comes across Sandhya (Sarah-Jane Dias), who is a soft spoken environmentalist and tree lover. A mutual admiration for each other leads to a romantic involvement between the two. Munna meanwhile, continues to go crazy about Jahnavi and a tragedy ensues. Munna, jealous and frustrated due to Jahnavi's love in Jaidev, Brutally Murders Her. Due to a soft corner in his heart as a best friend, Jaidev kills Munna by throwing him up from his flat. This scene is seen by Guravayya (Tanikella Bharani), an associate of Bhagavan who on the other hand is an informer to Kulkarni. He reports this to Bhagavan to get rid of Jaidev. Jaidev is forced to decide whether to retaliate or leave Kolkata completely. He chooses to leave out of loyalty to Bhagawan and heads to Palasa, the village of Sandhya where Sandhya's Brother Ashok (Subbaraju) is a Valiant and Kind Hearted Cop. He comes across S.I.Paparayudu (Brahmanandam) and he solves the problems of the village by cleverly using Paparayudu.During this Jai remembers life when he comes to kolkata with his mother and sister where his mother was raped and killed by three men who Jai kills with the support of bhagawan and that's the first time he took the gun in his hand and for this is gives his whole life to bhagawan. Bhagawan on the other hand, cannot rest until he seeks out Jai for revenge. Firstly Bhagavan Kills Chotu (Ali) the best friend and associate of Jaidev by wrapping a polythene bag making him succumb due to failure in breathing. Mean while Sandhya gets kidnapped and she is sent to Kolkata. In a fit of rage at losing Chotu and Sandhya, Jaidev returns back to Kolkata and starts spreading Claws on his Rivals. He gets into Kulkarni's house with a heavy Ammunation and kills everyone except Kulkarni as Jaidev gives a word to him in the past that he would not Kill him. Kulkarni dies in his attempt to kill Jaidev. Later Jaidev kills Guruvayya as he gets information that Guruvayya was responsible for this Saga. At last Jaidev Reaches Bhagavan who actually kidnapped Sandhya. After an emotional sequence, Jaidev shoots Bhagavan in his chest as Bhagavn shoots Sandhya in order to kill her. The Climax is Shown that Jaidev unites with his True Love i.e. Sandhya and they both start a new and happy life.
